We do not offer refunds on any purchases unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. We inspect our products thoroughly before shipping to minimize the chances of receiving damaged or defective items.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at 23badboyusa@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage. We will review your case and, if the damage is confirmed, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a replacement. Please do not return any items without contacting us first.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues, we will assume that you no longer want or need the package. After 14 days from the date the package is returned to us, if you have not contacted us via email at 23badboyusa@gmail.com to arrange for re-shipment or address correction, we will consider the transaction complete and no further action will be taken.
Exchanges and Store Credit
While we do not offer refunds, we understand that occasionally sizing issues may arise. If you need a different size for a clothing item you purchased, you may request an exchange, subject to availability. Additionally, we offer store credit that you can use towards your next purchase. Please note that any items being exchanged must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
